MITSUBISHI LANCER EVO 7
We now have HKS data for proven power levels of 310, 390 and 520bhp for the EVO-VII.
Stage 1 upgrade: (15 BHP) Exhaust systems
All HKS systems are designed to fit from the 'cat-back'. 3 options available:
'Drager 2' system. These systems come supplied with an optional 'baffle insert' which can be fitted to reduce the noise level. With the baffle fitted, the Drager 2 complies with the strict Japanese 'JASMA' noise levels certification. Without it, the system takes on a more aggressive, deep growl without being offensive. Construction, as with most HKS systems is a mixture of stainless steel (for the silencer boxes and tailpipes) and aluminized steel (for the pipework) which helps keep noise levels down. 'Hiper Muffler' as above but will not conform to JASMA noise levels, as no baffle insert is supplied. Also, this exhaust appears more aggressive due to the rear box having having flat end plates rather than the rounded 'bullet' shape of the Drager. A good choice for the 'sporting' driver. £430.00.
'Hiper Ti Ltd' very similar to the Hiper Muffler above but the Ti is fitted with a titanium tail pipe which, when heated, will give off a unique colouring effect due tot he specific properties of the material. £485.00
Stage 1+: HKS high-flow stainless steel front pipe
Unlike cheaper pipes, this product comes with a flexible section to prevent cracking, and is internally TIG welded thereby reducing exhaust resistance at flange joints. £300.00
Stage 1++: HKS stainless steel (SUS304 grade) manifold
This manifold is designed to directly replace the standard type for an instant, easy bolt-on solution to the restrictive factory type. It has been developed to run with the factory turbo and will give an approximate gain of 15bhp to any EVO it is fitted to. A reduction in harmful exhaust gas temperature will also be seen, especially on highly-tuned vehicles. £995.00

Stage 3 upgrade: (50 BHP) Boost/ECU and spark plug upgrade
This conversion uses the world leading HKS F-Con 5 or Unichip piggyback ECU and EVC-5 electronic in-car boost controller. We can map this system for any specification of vehicle so that future upgrades can be catered for. price £1,995.00 - HKS F-con 5; £1,595 - Unichip (approx. 1 day fitting)
